Who we are
We are a family-run, independent auto body shop in Worcester, Massachusetts. We are not a chain and we are not owned by an insurance program. Every car that comes through the bay is looked at by the same people who will do the work on it.
Thirty years of collision work means we have seen the small parking-lot dents, the hard hits, and the paint jobs nobody else wanted to match. That experience is why customers keep telling us they cannot tell where the repair was.
Most of what we do is collision repair, auto paint and refinishing, and insurance claim help.
How we work
We look before we quote
A bumper hit can affect clips, brackets, sensors and frame mounts. We check the area around the damage, not just the panel you can see.
We explain it in plain words
You get told what the repair actually needs, what it will take, and what happens if we find more once the panel comes off.
We finish it clean
Color is checked in light, mixed, and blended into the panel so the repair is not something you notice every time you walk up to the car.
The shop
We work out of a full-service bay at 69 Armory St D in Worcester. Body work, prep, paint and finishing all happen in house, which is why we can control how the final panel looks instead of handing it off.
