Any price, timeline or repair description we give you before inspecting the vehicle in person — including anything based on photos or an online form — is a preliminary estimate only. It is not a binding quote.

Collision damage is frequently worse than it looks from the outside. Once panels are removed we may find additional damage, and the price and timeline may change. We will tell you before proceeding with any additional work.

You agree not to use this site to submit false information, to submit another person's information without permission, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

Content on this site — including text, photos of our work, and our name and logo — belongs to Best Finish Auto Body and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our permission.

If you upload photos of your vehicle, you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them to assess the damage and, when relevant, to communicate with your insurance company.

We may also photograph vehicles we repair for our own records and, where the vehicle is not personally identifying, to show examples of our work. If you would prefer we do not show your vehicle publicly, tell us and we will not.

Under Massachusetts law you have the right to choose your own repair shop. We can help you understand the claim, the insurer's estimate and any supplements, but we are not your insurance company and we do not decide what your policy covers. Coverage decisions, deductibles and payment terms are between you and your insurer.

Payment is due when the vehicle is picked up unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, or unless the insurer is paying us directly. Vehicles left after completion may be subject to storage charges.

We stand behind the body and paint work we perform. What is covered depends on the specific repair, the parts used and the condition of the vehicle, so ask us what applies to your job before work begins and we will explain it.

Our warranty does not cover damage from a later accident, normal wear, neglect, rust or damage that existed outside the repaired area, or work performed by someone else.

The information on this site is provided for general guidance about auto body repair and is not a substitute for an in-person inspection of your vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, for services related to it.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law.

This site links to third-party sites such as Google Maps, Google reviews and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the date shown at the top.
