When you submit an estimate request, use the quiz on our landing page, or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Vehicle details you provide, such as year, make and model
• A description of the damage and how you plan to pay
• Photos of your vehicle that you choose to upload

Our website also collects standard technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed and how you arrived at the site.

• To prepare and send you a repair estimate
• To contact you about your vehicle, your repair or your question
• To communicate with your insurance company about your claim, when you ask us to
• To keep records of work performed
• To understand which pages and ads bring customers to the site

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools set cookies and similar identifiers to measure site traffic, understand which pages perform, and record when a phone call or form submission comes from an ad.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google account settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site or contacting us.

We share information only where it is needed to run the business:

If you give us your phone number or email, we may use it to reply about your estimate, your repair status, or a question you asked. If we send you a marketing email, every message includes an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time. You can also ask us to stop contacting you by calling the shop.

We keep estimate requests and repair records for as long as needed to service your vehicle, handle warranty questions, and meet our tax and legal record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or dispose of it.

• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep
• Opt out of marketing email or phone contact
